Two people, a woman with short dark hair and a man with glasses and a beard, sit on a sofa having a conversation in a cozy living room. The woman is speaking, and the man is smiling, listening attentively. In front of them, there is a white table with glasses of water, a notebook, and a small pot with a green plant.

Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling

Loss comes in a wide variety of expressions and affects each person differently. Our skilled counselors offer compassionate, respectful support for anyone experiencing grief. We’re here to accompany you through your process and introduce practical tools to help you develop your own grief practices and find moments of healing.

We offer two primary programs for children and teenagers: the Brave Hearts Club, one designed specifically for children and another for tweens and teens, and The Comfort Circle: The Connection Project which connects children with high school and college mentors. Why We Care

We believe grief is a natural and deeply human response to loss. Rather than something to be fixed or hurried through, grief deserves to be honored with compassion, patience, and understanding.

Our approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, specialized support for individuals navigating grief and loss. We offer a safe space where people can explore their loss, connect with others, and discover tools for living fully with grief.
